Training
Donahoo Collision is a
"EnviroSafe Compliance Certified" shop. We not only meet,
but exceed EPA and OSHA training standards and requirements. All our
employees are required to not only attend monthly continued education
training but to attend a yearly training and testing certification program
for EPA and OSHA standards and compliance.
The GMG EnviroSafe training
program addresses key safety and pollution prevention issues for
professionals working in automotive service and collision repair in
concurrence with U.S. EPA and OSHA standards, which require that shop
personnel be trained at least annually on safety and environmental
regulations.
What is EnviroSafe Training?
"EnviroSafe" is a training product to educate Automotive Staff, as well as
Auto Service (mechanical) and Collision Repair (auto body) professionals,
in Safety & Pollution Prevention issues.
Materials
We use low-pollution refrigerants and
coolants in our repairs and recycle them wherever possible. We also send
many of the damaged parts and fluids we remove from vehicles, as well as
the protective packaging the new parts come in, to recycling facilities.

It was many years ago that we first
focused on equipment that reduced the impact of auto body repair on the
environment. From ventilated and filtered refinish cabins to high-transfer
paint guns to refrigerant recyclers, Donahoo Collision has been a pioneer
in making technology work harder and more efficiently to reduce pollution.
